EatCal

EatCal collects the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Account information: Apple ID user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address via Sign in with Apple.
• Health & nutrition data: Meals you log, calorie values, and macro-nutrient totals you record in the app.
• Photos: Meal photos you submit for AI recognition are sent to our servers for analysis and immediately deleted — they are never stored.
• Purchase information: Subscription status is processed by Apple and RevenueCat so Premium access can be restored across devices.

• Provide calorie and nutrition tracking features
• Process AI-based food photo recognition
• Count the three complimentary analyses available on the Free plan
• Manage monthly Premium access via RevenueCat
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Send optional in-app notifications (with your permission)

EatCal does not contain advertising SDKs and does not track users for advertising. Data is shared only with providers necessary to run the service:

Meal photos are deleted immediately after AI analysis. Account and nutrition data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete Account in the app), all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Server-side data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

EatCal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

By downloading or using EatCal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

EatCal provides AI-based photo food recognition, calorie tracking, and nutrition analysis for iOS devices. The app does not constitute medical or dietary advice. Calorie estimates are approximations — always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

• The Free plan includes three complete AI meal analyses with access to every analysis feature.
• After the three complimentary analyses are used, unlimited analysis requires the monthly Premium subscription, priced at US $0.99 per month in the United States. Local prices are shown by the App Store.
• EatCal has no annual plan and contains no advertising.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → EatCal.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy.

You may not use EatCal to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service
• Infringe the rights of others

EatCal is provided "as is." Calorie and nutrition values are AI estimates and may not be accurate. We are not responsible for decisions made based on app data. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

The app, logo, and all content are owned by Evren Haznedaroğlu. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
